PIKE RIVER MINERS: NZ's DARKEST DAY

WEDNESDAY 24 NOVEMBER, 2010. Tonight, the whole of New Zealand is grieving after six long days. This afternoon, we lost 29 of our men in the Pike River Mining disaster.

We prayed and hoped for your rescue, but it wasn't to be. We are completely shattered upon hearing about the second explosion and our hearts are broken. Rest in peace boys.
