Irina Lazareanu: Rocking Out

Irina took the stage with her group, "Operation Juliet," last night in Austin, Texas as part of the SXSW 2011 events. The performance took place at tenOAK at 1 am and was an intimate, well-received occasion. We're so proud to see Irina continuing to pursue one of her many passions!

In yet another one of her signatures look into the past, Alex Prager provides us with snapshots of a busy day at the races. But it quickly becomes obvious that Seabiscuit isn't in contention at this competition, as the birds above seem to captivate more than the race itself. Meanwhile, Irina channels the women of that period with intricacy, portraying an individual of formalities ready, at any moment, to break out of her shell.
