Debbie Harry: Fashion Icon
A glamorous icon, bunny girl, blond and imitated: the Ray Ban wayfarer who was the first to wear, can be seen everywhere, while her look was adopted by many "it girls" from Kyle Minogue to Taylor Momsen.
Andy Warhol's muse and friend of all the jet set underground of New York 80', brought the sensuality on stage without a flaw of style.
We recommend the best of Blondie Parallel Lines.

Running in heels or shoes from Clarks in Linda Evangelista's case.

I have just started watching this show and its really good. I think my favourite intern that I think is doing best is Samantha, but the others pick on her. I think the other two know she is stronger than them so they bitch about her.
The biggest shock for though is that Joanna Coles(left) the editor of American Marie Claire is unable to dress herself. That to me is shameful.
And is it just me or does Linda Evangelista make anybody else want to punch her in the face? Or atleast smash their TV screens in?
Does she not realise that once you start doing makeup ads for brands aimed at middle aged women, your past it. Not that I think she ever had it. Her nose is just ridiculous and her hair is so badly looked after!

Milan Baby!
Hello everybody :)
Sorry I haven't posted in soooooooooooooooo looooooooooooong!
I have just had some things going on in my personal life so have been unable to post,
but! I am back! and ready to post again like there is no tomorow.
When I visited we wanted to see lots of the city. We went to the Duomo and went on its roof and if the roof itself doesn't satify you with its beauty the view from the top sure will. I also wanted to go to the Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro Design Museum, the cute vintage boutiques, the macarbe San Bernardino Alle Ossa Church, with its walls covered in skulls, but unfortunatey everything is shut in august. It seems strange to me why you would shut your main attractions in a peak tourist season, with even big stores such as M.A.C closed for the month but we had plenty of fun riding the trams and the underground. On the underground they had cool fans which also sprayed water, a relief and a half I can tell you. Now I will never complain about the London Underground being to hot again.
For a fashion capital the people are not very stylish, something I can compare similarly to Paris. I can understand why they don't wear heels much though, as in the slow paced city people walk everywhere. Lets just say OUCH! My feet were in need of a nice hot bath by the end of the day.
Food of course was great. Great pizza. Great ice-cream. Great Italian food done well.

What sort of photography do you prefer? The nitty gritty street style or classic beauty?
I also saw the most AMAZING duvet cover in the window of a closed shop....

MILAN!
A beautiful little city. A little gruby and grimy but charming with its contrast of historic monuments and its graffiti covered streets. When I visited we wanted to see lots of the city. I took some pictures of the classic monuments...

But personally I find these alot more interesting...

The Unwanted Presents Of Aunty Elle.
This morning my Elle magazine came in the post with a free gift; an 'Urban Outfitters' bag to be precise. At first I wonder as to why Elle would do something as tacky as to give free gifts with the magazine but then I came to the conclusion that perhaps Urban Outfitters payed them alot of money too, as part of a marketing campaign. My illusions of it being a one off, however, where soon destroyed when, as to my horror, as I was reading the magazine, I read that next week there will be a free top with "4 colours to choose from".
I am disapointed in you Elle. If I wanted such junk acumilating in my house I would go to car boot sales on a weekly basis, but I do not. Infact I only just emptied my room of such rubbish throwing out about 2 bin bags full. I do not need anymore.
You may then say "throw it away", but what about saving the planet? Being "green" and unwasteful? Producing all these things that people will just throw away is far from helping the planet and contradicts the concept of eco-fashion.
I feel sad to say that every week when I read Elle it does seem to be going downhill. Im not sure what it is: the content? the features? the celebrities? but something in my opinion has made it lose its touch. Maybe its that Vogue and i-D get better everyweek but my preference of fashion magazines is changing.
