How to wear denim on denim

This is not an easy trend to wear, here are a few tips to pull it off in style:

1. Wear different colors

The easiest way to wear double denim is to wear two different colors of denim like the chambray shirt and white jeans combination.

2. Wear different washes

When wearing the same color denim, it's best to pair two different washes.

3. Break up your denim pieces

Break up your denim pieces with a belt or a shirt to avoid looking like you're wearing the same color denim from head to toe.

This is what I wore out to coffee in Muswell Hill with Canelly after we had spent the morning on a "run" in the park acting as if it was the 90s again.
No phones, hoodies double knotted around our waists, shiny white trainers, pony tails, baggy t-shirts: pure anti fashion.

Strangely it felt free. It was also really comfortable so I can see why chavs do the whole pyjama suit thing, however, it is not a look I will be modelling often.
